Customized Massage - the therapist will choose a combination of techniques which reduce tension, relieve stress and treat specific areas of concern.
Deep Tissue Massage - For those who like a firmer touch that focuses more on deep muscle tissue. Sessions are 30 minutes $50, 60 minutes $90.
Medical and Orthopedic Massage - Involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation, and movement of soft muscle tissue to reduce or eliminate pain or dysfunction. A unique multidisciplinary approach is utilized to restore structural balance throughout the body, which allows focus on prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, chronic pain and sports injuries.
Myofascial Release - A gentle form of therapy that produces profound effects throughout the body. It is well suited to help ease chronic pain conditions.
Pregnancy Massage - Ease aching leg and back muscles with a soothing full body massage.
Relaxation or Swedish Massage - A series of massage strokes and techniques that help rid toxins in the muscles, relax muscles and enhance oxygen flow in the blood.
Reiki - Reiki utilizes specific techniques for restoring and balancing energy within the body. It is a holistic, natural, hands-on energy healing system that touches on all levels: body, mind, and spirit.
